REFUNDS  EXCHANGES and CANCELLATIONS

We hope that you will be completely satisfied with your purchase. Each vendor/seller on our Site will have their own return and refunds policies (please visit Seller’s page or contact them for more information).

Where the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) as implemented into national law in the various EU jurisdictions applies to a Buyer, unless one of the exceptions below applies, such a Buyer has the right to cancel its order without giving reason within 14 days from the day on which that Buyer or a third party indicated by the Buyer receives an Item. The Buyer must inform the Seller of its decision to cancel the order in writing within this period. The Seller must reimburse all payments received from this Buyer/ Collect & Enjoy for the Items purchased and the Buyer will incur no fee as a result of such reimbursement. However, reimbursement may be withheld until the Seller has received the Items back from the Buyer. The Buyer must send back the Items following the instructions of the Seller. The Buyer will bear the cost of returning the Items to the Seller. The Buyer may lose this right if the value of the Items returned diminishes due to the handling of the Items. The right of cancellation does not apply to: (a) the supply of Items made to the Buyer’s specifications; (b) the supply of Items which may deteriorate or expire rapidly; (c) the delivery of Items which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygienic reasons if unsealed by the Buyer after delivery, or which are, after delivery, mixed with other items; (d) the delivery of sealed video or audio recordings or of sealed software if unsealed by the Buyer after delivery; and (e) the supply of digital content if the Buyer accepted when it placed the order that delivery could be started and that the Buyer could not cancel once delivery had started.

Cancellation

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you, as a Buyer,  have the right to cancellation. The Buyer must return the items to the Seller in their original condition and packaging (unless packaging damaged in transit), within 5 working days after the date of receipt.

In exceptional circumstances, if the purchased item is damaged in transit, the Seller will refund you money less shipping costs. The Buyer will not be refunded shipping either way for returns unless there is serious damage or due to some defect in the merchandise.

Prepayments for your Orders from our website are final. Our Sellers will provide you with the best possible description and photographs for the items offered for sale from this website to make sure you understand what you are buying and completely happy before making a purchase. You can always contact a Seller directly to ask him questions about the product you want to buy.

The above applies to the sale of physical items ONLY, AND NOT TO DIGITAL DOWNLOAD.

***REFUNDS AND EXCHANGE POLICY DIGITAL DOWNLOADS ONLY:***

From time to time, we may offer downloadable products for sale from our website. No refund or exchange can be made on a digital download. All digitally downloaded files are a final purchase. If you are not happy with your purchase or you are experiencing any difficulties with downloading, please contact me immediately and I will make every effort to rectify any problems within my control.

PAYMENT

You can pay through PayPal or directly using your credit/debit cards.  We do not keep records of your credit or debit cards as they are being processed by the 3rd party financial providers.

SHIPPING

UK (Domestic) Shipment :

Each Shop represented on this Site will have its own Shipment policies. Please contact the Sellers/Vendors for more detail. In general, the majority of items are expected to be posted by a Seller within 1-2 working days of payment confirmation, but in some circumstances it may take longer, depending on the Sellers’ shipment policies as indicated on the pages of  their individual shops.  Most items will be shipped by Royal Mail 1st or 2nd class including Tracking or using other couriers. Confirmation email will be sent to you with the Shipment/consignment number to trace your parcel.  All items will be insured for shipment, insurance is included within Shipment price.

Shipment to the EU:

Please allow 3-5 working days from the date payment.

Shipment to the United States and Canada:

Please allow 3-5 working days for processing your order. The actual delivery time will depend on the courier. In most cases delivery will be provided by the Royal Mail.

Delivery will be by courier for larger items. Once the payment is received for an item, a registered on this site shop owner  will be in contact with you to provide you with dispatch dates and any additional delivery information.

Please note that in most cases all shipping costs include the cost of shipping itself, packaging, packaging materials and insurance.

International shipping times vary widely depending on a Courier. Also, some orders might get held up in customs.

International shipping often involves a customs fee or duty tax, which varies from country to country. This fee comes from the customer’s own country/postal system and is the Buyer’s responsibility to pay them. We have no control over the amount of money that may be added once the item reaches your country.
