Description
This pretty Vintage Trinket Box is signed by PM of GDR (German Democratic Republic). It is marked as fine china.
The back stamp is the Crown ‘PM’ mark for the Martinroda-Friedrich Eger & Co., with “Fine China GDR” and the number “15”.
Martinroda porcelain was founded by the German printer, Friedrich Eger in 1901. This openwork porcelain Trinket was made between 1940-72.
The box is in excellent, new-like condition. This would be a charming addition to your home decor
or a perfect present for any special occasion.
The box itself is white with the same gilt gold flower inside. The outside edge of the box is also trimmed in the gilt gold. The top of the lid has white background with pink, blue and purple flowers.
