When you open a dealer account with Collectandenjoy.com you will also be required to provide information such as about your company and any re-seller or trade association information in addition to entering into a Dealer Agreement. All Collectandenjoy.com account holders are required to create a user password that, combined with your login email address, allows access to your account. This data is used to identify you as a Collectandenjoy.com registered user. Collectandenjoy.com is a marketplace offering a forum for dealers to offer items for sale and for buyers to browse and make purchases. Collectandenjoy.com facilitates the communication between dealers and purchasers in the sale transactions. Once your offer is submitted, your information will be delivered by Collectandenjoy.com to that dealer and your order will be placed. We will ask you to provide credit card or other payment details as well as shipping information for orders. Once your order is confirmed you irrevocably authorize the charging to your credit card or other payment mechanism for the purchase. We also collect information from Site visitors, which does not personally identify them. Information that is collected in aggregate form might include browser type (e.g. Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome, Safari), operating system (e.g. Windows, Macintosh), IP address, device type and Internet domain (e.g. AOL, Hotmail).

Collectandenjoy.com is not designed nor intended to be attractive to be used by children under the age of 13.
